a number of taster / consultation days over the next 6 months. These days will be offering a chance for the community to come along and get to know the centre , to try a new and exciting activity and to give us feedback on what the community would like to see delivered from the centre. If any of the taster sessions prove popular we will look to build them into our weekly diary and run them as longer sessions. Taster sessions including Tai Chi, Gentle Exercise Class , Dance exercise classes, knitting , Creative Writing, cook and taste sessions, gardening and growing your own fruit and veg
