Prospects is a two-year project to help ex-offenders, aged 18-25, who are severely disadvantaged in the labour market, to find and remain in employment. Based in Cumbria, the project aims to work with local partners to improve employment and training opportunities, help participants become more confident and responsible and access advice and support to address their basic needs which will allow them to play a fuller part in their communities.
