Ex-offenders helping other ex-offenders to gain employment. (360G-phf-31423)
Jacob planned Offploy CIC from a prison cell in 2016. It is as an ethical recruitment agency which not only specialises in finding meaningful work for people with convictions but reinvests its profits to support employers to become ex-offender friendly and ex-offenders to become workplace ready. Jacob is receiving a development grant under the Ideas & Pioneers fund to undertake some research and development to consider other similar models of service provision and develop partnerships.
