Just for Kids Law is interested in learning lessons from their campaigning and communications activities in relation to a key legal case on student finance for young people whose immigration status meant they were unable to access student loans: R(Tigere) v Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills [2015] UKSC 57. The study will examine the ways in which an organisation can plan a strategic litigation campaign on a particular issue and assess the benefits and risks associated with these activities.

It supports them to understand their rights, providing specialist advocacy and representation services alongside pathways into education and employment opportunities.
