Follow-on Funding: Growing and sustaining support for young transgender and nonbinary people (360G-phf-38957)

£60,000

Gendered Intelligence works to make the world safer and more accepting for young trans people by providing information to the people around them including schools, employers and healthcare professionals. They provide direct support to young people through peer groups and residentials. This grant provides continued core support for the organisation’s staff to develop their management and leadership skills to complement their lived experience. This will enhance the growth of the organisation’s asset-based work with young people and increase impact at an individual level.
