Recipient Org: Description Intercultural Youth Scotland (IYS) is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation which provides a community, a service and a voice for young Black and People of Colour (BPoC), and a safe space to nurture their talents. The organisation has grown exponentially since 2019 adding three new programmes and increasing from 3 to 30 staff. A Human Resource Manager is now needed to develop internal processes and oversee the HR responsibilities which to date have been co-managed by the Founder/CEO and Finance Manager. The charity has recently taken a lease for a new building which will unlock various income generation and development opportunities and become an antiracist youth hub for Scotland.
