Recipient Org: Description ProjectChange empower care experienced young people by creating tools, guides, and opportunities to amplify their voices and lead change. To expand The Toolbox, we will deliver more workshops, training, and resources to equip care experienced young people with tools to support their lives and influence change. Many face challenges navigating systems that define them by their care label, often overlooking their full identity. This project will provide opportunities to explore and embrace their whole selves, building confidence and leadership skills. By co-designing resources with young people, we ensure their voices shape tools that address real challenges. The project aims to empower young people to advocate for themselves, grow their voices, and lead systemic change in their communities and beyond.
