Active Horizons – Youth-Led Anti-Racism Expansion (360G-phf-45261)

Active Horizons creates safe, inclusive spaces where young people challenge racism, build confidence, and lead change in schools and communities. This grant will enable the organisation to scale its borough-wide anti-racism programme, training youth ambassadors to deliver peer-led sessions, run campaigns, and mentor younger peers. It will support cultural competency training for school staff, launch youth forums, and pilot inclusion training to embed systemic change. The funding will strengthen leadership pathways and amplify youth voice, ensuring young people feel valued, empowered, and equipped to create inclusive, emotionally safe environments.
