Happy Healthy You (HHY) improve the health of Bradford communities that are often missed by public services. HHY’s 70+ monthly sessions across physical fitness and mental health work: 94% of people experience improved mental health and over three quarters become more active. By delivering programmes in multiple languages within trusted spaces like mosques and churches, HHY reach those who traditional providers cannot. But demand has surged by 60% in just three years, leaving the small leadership team struggling to keep pace. Support from The Fore will give the leadership the space to prioritise strategic partnerships, transforming HHY from a grassroots provider into a sustainable cornerstone of Bradford’s public health landscape that is capable of meeting rocketing demand.
