This group will use the funding to run a three-year project which will support young people with acquired brain injury (ABI) and neurological conditions. Activities will include self-management and personal development workshops, one to one sessions which will focus on building independence and relationships, and group sessions which will provide opportunities to socialise. The young people will take part in goal setting, condition management and healthy living sessions.
