Communitas Wellbeing Project (360G-tnlcomfund-0010323631)

This project will bring people together from different communities to help improve wellbeing and tackle isolation amongst the elderly population. The main aim is to tackle social isolation, loneliness, health problems and lack of access to public services. People will be provided with day trips, activities such as crafts, singing and exercise, as well as volunteering opportunities. This will build people's skills, confidence, self-esteem and wellbeing.
