Project Summary :_x000D_ Eczema Outreach Support will use the grant to provide support to families affected by severe eczema in Wales._x000D_ What Money is for :_x000D_ This grant for £6,000 will fund a Family Support Worker, 40 welcome packs, a family event, resources, translation costs, a digital application, staff expenses and office equipment, promotion costs, and a site visit to Cardiff Dermatology Department (Centre of Excellence).
