This project aims to provide support and advocacy to Medway and Chatham residents who are experiencing hardship crisis through the provision of advice, advocacy, support and training. The aim is to alleviate a range of complex issues (housing, mental health issues, debt) to beneficiary groups including families with young children, deprived communities and those with learning difficulties. Beneficiaries will be identified across a partnership of experienced organisations.
