This project will enhance the lives of children and adults with learning disabilities through the use of multi-sensory books, designed to engage and stimulate the key senses of sight, sound, touch and smell. This funding will help bring together special schools, disabled children, their families and carers and over 100 libraries across England to encourage multi-sensory storytelling and to create a lending scheme of multi-sensory books.
