This funding will support paid placements in charities, focusing on how people who have never been in work, are underemployed, or are returning to work can be better engaged as a resource. It emphasises how leaders can bring experience/skills to develop an organisation's culture, capabilities and capacity outside core functions, alongside the benefit to the individual. With the support of a paid placement, organisations can better understand their needs, and inform a case for roles to become permanent.
