The project will provide telephone support to reduce social isolation and loneliness, to those affected by a life limiting illness. The helpline provides social conversation, signposting, and advice about people's concerns, i.e. loneliness and relationship advice. They will also focus on personal health issues like getting enough sleep, reducing stress, depression, guilt, resentment, and gaining good nutrition.
