£261,032

Advocacy Matters Wales (AMW) will provide an independent offer of advocacy to residents at residential care settings across Cardiff and the Vale. This will ensure that those people with learning difficulties have support with issues that are important to them. Staff who are employed at 58 residential care homes will also receive advocacy awareness sessions and be supported by the independent advocates to take care of patients' personal issues. £261,032, over three years, will cover staff costs and training, travel, overheads and general running costs.
