This group will deliver a Peer Support Service for people living with or experiencing mental health difficulties. Fully trained and qualified Peer Support Workers, with lived experience of mental health difficulties, will provide one to one support to individuals currently experiencing mental ill health. The project will empower individuals to manage their mental health and help to build confidence & resilience.
