This project will support 45 disabled young people, by developing pathways into work and supporting them to transition into sustained employment. They will receive training and support within the café, building their confidence and instilling a sense of purpose and community with other disabled young people on the programme. They will develop skills in finance, customer service, cooking, food hygiene and team work.
