Giving children in South West Kent a better start in life (360G-tnlcomfund-0020102115)

£150,000

Home-Start South West Kent will use funding to support disadvantaged families who have children under five and who are struggling to cope. The project will recruit, train and match volunteers with families, who will visit their family every week for an average of six months. The funding will support the organisation to expand its reach to work with more families and children over the next five years. The project aims to improve the wellbeing of parents, carers and their children.
