This organisation will continue to support foster carers, young people and care leavers. With this funding, more advisors will be employed to help build care leavers' employability skills. A peer mentoring scheme will be set up, where care leavers will provide support to young people, preparing them for adulthood. Monthly local meet ups, and an annual national event, will take place to connect the community. Life skills workshops, life coaching, a newsletter and an online portal will also be funded.
