Dying to Talk Pilot (360G-tnlcomfund-0020107949)
This project will support people with a learning disability or autism who are affected by loss and bereavement. The group will work with people and their circles of support to find the best ways of actively promoting equality, inclusion and best practice regarding end of life planning and bereavement support. Activities will be delivered including a learning service, providing day opportunities to develop new skills and experiences, a supported living service and two registered care homes providing 24 hour care for those with a higher level of need.
