This youth action project will empower and up skill disabled young people aged 11 to 25-years-old, raising awareness of disabilities, and creating a supportive and safe community. It will focus on developing young disabled people's individual growth and development, supporting social change within communities and creating positive volunteering experiences, whilst learning new skills which will raise their aspirations.
