Active Age Activity Day (360G-tnlcomfund-0030002990)

Age Concern Buckinghamshire will launch a new project with the specific aim of helping older people to be more physically and mentally active and more involved in the community. The project is to provide open activity days including Pilates, cycling, walking, art classes and computer classes that will be run by qualified tutors and will provide the opportunity for elderly people to participate in new activities not currently available to them.
