The object of this group is to educate the public in the history of the Great War with particular reference to the Western Front. The award is for a project to allow the group to purchase a projector and laptop to enhance lectures and presentations given to members and in turn encourage them to use the equipment in the preparation of their talks. The equipment will also be available for presentations to other groups in the local community.
