The British Association for the Advancement of Science will hold a Family Science Day in York city centre on the 15th September 2007. Through links with local community organisations the project will specifically target families in challenging circumstances throughout York. Participants will enjoy activities designed for a family audience including hands-on exhibitions, workshops and science shows covering topics such as climate change awareness and energy saving tips.
