Sky Watch Civil Air Patrol will purchase equipment to enable the group to expand and develop its observation and response capabilities in the Scottish Highlands, so as to help the public at risk and report on pollution. The grant will fund a thermal imaging camera, two survival parks including life rafts, two crew immersion suits, two marine band radios and operating costs for two search aircrafts.
