This community association are moving to a new community centre in the summer of 2005 and will use a grant to employ a caretaker to ensure the security of the facility as well as cleanliness. At the current premises these tasks are performed by members of the Committee which limits opening hours and services on offer. the costs of a part-time caretaker (15 hours a week at £5 per hour)
