A project to develop two new training courses in Correct Procedures for Drug Administration within the Care Sector, Level II BTEC, and Provision of Venepuncture Training. The courses have been developed in response to a recent report on the management of medication in care homes, which highlighted a need for additional training in this area. The courses will be available to staff in care homes nationally as well as in the organisation's own care homes.
