With help from a Lottery grant the Isle of Wight Society for the Blind will buy computer equipment for the classroom in the group's new premises. The group will run IT classes to help improve the skills of the blind and partially sighted people who use the centre. They can then go on to use the net to keep in touch with friends, shop and complete educational courses.
