Seated Exercise DVD (360G-tnlcomfund-0030050118)

This is a project by a community interest company in Essex. The organisation will use the funding to create a DVD of chair-based exercises aimed at improving balance, co-ordination and physical movement. This will reduce instances of falls in older people and also provide a resource for people who are disabled or have recently had surgery to aid their recovery and improve their wellbeing.
