Minority Ethnic Womens Network Swansea will establish a befriending scheme for older women from BME communities to provide support and encourage them to get out more and become involved in community activities. The project meets the Awards for All aim of 'improving the quality of life'. This grant for £4,980 will fund venue hire, volunteers costs, refreshments, sessional worker and volunteer training.
