This is a project by a voluntary self-advocacy group in Portsmouth which will use the funding to set up a choir for people with learning disabilities in the Hart Plain area of North Portsmouth. The project will culminate in a public performance at a local theatre. This will develop participants' self esteem, performance and participation skills and give them a higher profile within the local community.
