This is a project by an incorporated charity in East Sussex. The organisation will use the funding to employ sessional workers to provide an employment training programme consisting of one-to-one support including training in developing confidence and self esteem. This will provide the opportunity for people with autism to receive the necessary support and skills to enter suitable volunteering and work placement opportunities.
