This is a project by a charity in Birmingham. The group will use the funding to deliver employability sessions including CV writing and tranferrable communication skills, leadership skills through physical activities and social opportunities, for young people who are ex offenders or at risk of offending. This will enhance their employability prospects through developing their transferrable skills reducing their risk of reoffending.
