Overcoming a lack of information for AKU patients (360G-tnlcomfund-0030067505)

This is a project by an incorporated charity in Cambridge. The organisation will hold a conference day in Liverpool, for patients suffering from Alkaptonuria, to include presentations, demonstrations and networking sessions. This will enable beneficiaries to learn how to manage their condition and meet others with the same very rare disease, with the aim of improving their lifestyles and alleviating depression and isolation.
