Funded through Support and Connect this Association aims to establish a financial inclusion team (FIT) to tackle financial inclusion, fuel poverty and unemployment. This will be achieved by delivering a money advice service, benefit and income maximisation checks, debt advice, and an advocacy service with a view to providing early intervention for vulnerable individuals. It will also offer home visits to vulnerable residents to provide home energy advice and a energy 'switch' service.
