The alliance will produce a report on Active Ageing as part of the 2012 European Year for Active Ageing. The publication will contain evidence and research on the benefits of physical activity for older people, practical advice for practitioners, and good practice case studies. This grant will fund 3,000 copies of the report, venue hire, catering for 40 people, equipment hire, travel expenses, report postage and a stand at the World Congress of Active Ageing Event.
