Delivering a Dementia Friendly Environment (360G-tnlcomfund-0030070525)

This is a project by an incorporated charity in Hampshire. The organisation will use funding to create a more dementia friendly environment for residents of their centre, including the installation of memory boxes to aid orientation, sensory equipment and changing the layout of shared spaces. This will assist people with dementia in their day to day activities, which will result in greater independence and provide a more homely environment.
