TEENS+ (Transitional Education, Extra Needs Support) (360G-tnlcomfund-0030071871)

The project will support young people with additional support needs and challenging behaviour by helping them to make the transition from school to adult services. The project will do this by providing intensive person-centred educational instruction and support to fourteen young people in Edinburgh. The grant will fully fund two existing full-time posts (tutor/project worker post and speech and language therapist post) as well as associated project overheads.
