This project aims to improve the employability of young people with learning difficulties aged 18 to 24 who are willing to work. Young people with learning difficulties will apply and be interviewed for places on the intensive, full-time course which will include a mix of classroom tuition and work placements. Intensive pre-start support will be provided to successful applicants and their families to ensure they are prepared for engagement.
