This project will be used to develop the community owned and run St. Ninian's Hall in the Isle of Whithorn by building an annexe which will double the floor area and provide a tearoom, village shop with post office, public toilets and storage space. The project will benefit 300 local residents, in particular older and younger people at risk of social isolation and create at least 3 full-time jobs and 3 part-time jobs. The project will also benefit the 15,000-20,000 tourists annually who visit the village.
