This project will work with young carers aged 12-18 across West Dunbartonshire helping them to improve their social connections, support them in their caring role and teaching them new skills to make positive life choices. Young carers will be offered support including one-to-one support, advocacy, weekly groups and respite camps. The grant award will pay for salaries, group activities, staff expenses, hall hire, evaluation, IT equipment, sports/games equipment, marketing, respite camps and overheads.
