This project gives unemployed people in East Sussex access to support and training to provide them with the opportunity to progress onto further education and employment opportunities. The project will be delivered from community venues on deprived housing estates in Eastbourne, Hastings, Rye and Bexhill. The training will be tailored to the needs of individual beneficiaries and will include personal and career development courses and supported work placements, providing hands-on employment experience.
