The association, based in Greenock, will pilot Fab Pad, a tenancy sustainment programme for its tenants who are at risk of homelessness. Participants will attend weekly interior design workshops to design and decorate their homes, providing them with new skills, stability and a comfortable home that they can be proud of and settle in. This grant will fund venue hire, staff costs for individual consultations, group work session costs for 31 weeks and programme materials.
