This group will purchase new safety and rescue equipment which will enable them to provide volunteer training to local unemployed people in assisting rescues in high, difficult or confined spaces especially when these are inaccessible by existing emergency services. The grant will fund 10 full body harnesses, 10 industrial descenders, 10 ASAP's (safety backup), 10 hand jammers, 10 chest crawl, 50 steel carabenas, 10 chest harness' and crawl straps, 1 stretcher and 14 helmets.
