Runnymede Activities Club (360G-tnlcomfund-0030096039)

This branch of Age Concern will use a grant to pilot a new activities club aimed at isolated older men, who are vulnerable to depression and anti-social behaviour. The project will provide fortnightly practical activities including gardening, fishing, IT, photography, DIY and bowling, which will be led by trained tutors. Sessions on healthy eating and gentle exercise will also be held, with the aim of motivating participants and maintaining their wellbeing.
