This project will directly enable the creation of four revenue earning, environment friendly holiday homes from a farm steading, a house refurbishment and the refurbishment of the islands Post Office/shop/house. The project will benefit the island's 140 residents, many of which are tenants of the Trust's properties, through securing a new sustainable revenue to support the Trust's housing maintenance programme for the entire IGHT stock of buildings.
