The project will renovate an existing building, for 202 locals and around 30,000 visitors a year. The building will incorporate a tearoom and display areas for interpretation and sale of local goods. The tearoom will be leased to a member of the community to operate and the revenue generated from the lease will improve the financial sustainability of IJDT and allow it to invest in other community projects on Jura. _x000B_
