Feasibility study on buildings in beach area (360G-tnlcomfund-0030100814)

The project aims to commission a feasibility study into the buildings located around Broughty Ferry beach and esplanade, located in Dundee. The study would audit the existing buildings in the area and determine what could be provided from these buildings. The study will also look at whether a new build community building would be a better alternative for the community. The grant will pay for a feasibility study and public meeting costs to review the study.
